Refund policy


To start a return, visit our return portal. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return questions at info@thedriveclothing.com.

Return & Exchange Instructions

  • Orders older than 1 month cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please leave a note in the package stating what you need, your email address & order number.
  • Orders outside the USA are nonrefundable and we're unable to process/accept exchanges.
  • A shipping label will need to be purchased from the post office of your choice. We cover the shipping costs to get the correct package back to you.
  • All promotions and discounts used will apply to returns/exchanges.
  • We do not keep any extras stock in new release items for exchanges.
  • We do not offer refunds on tie dye or vintage items, but we do offer exchanges for these.
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on any underwear, bodysuits or socks available on the site. All sales are final.
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on clearance, pre orders, weekend releases or mystery box items. All sales are final.
  • If these items are returned, we'll send you an invoice to ship them back to you.
  • If a return order is lost or not processed for any reason, we can process this or refund it as long as you have tracking showing delivered to our PO box!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on weekend release items, sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
